For fitness we did the beep test.... I got 9.7

For the beep test I did my best and I got 9.7. It's not the greatest but I tried and I put a lot of hard work into it and a lot of effort. I put three photos up on each of the things I did the best on, which were the beep test, the back press and the other photo is 9.2 when I was feeling tired but I pushed myself to keep going. I managed to practice my breathing while running and how to control it. I really need to improve on my breathing when I'm running and to keep going.

Today in pe we played tchouke ball. I put a lot of effort and energy in this game because it was a lot of fun. I didn't get the ball over the badminton net a couple of times which I need to work on more.

Second Semester Report Card Term Two 2013

For second semester, I have tried my best and I am starting to slowly push myself to the best that I can. I have been bringing my p.e strip to class everyday and I am always bringing postive energy and excitement to the class because I want to show others that p.e is fun and exciting. I love it when we have fitness because I am starting to push myself the best I can, and not just gibe up when I'm tired and actually work until i'm sweating and out of breath. I do alot of excerise before and after school. I walk to school in the morning and back everyday and after school i go for a run around my parking lot. I don't really enjoy doing the pond run since we haven't done it lately but I really enjoy when we do Capture the Flag. I think for this semester that I deserve an A because I do try my best but I know that I need to push myself more and I'm going to do that! Second semester review

In pe, I am always on time for class. I always bring my pe strip to class everyday. I bring positive attitude when I come to class to make others feel happy about coming to class. I always  listen to the teacher when he is explaining what to do. I respect other people even if they are different than me because if someone runs slower than me I don't laugh at them I encourage them to go faster and tell them to keep on going. I usually volunteer putting things away to help out clean up like when we play volleyball or badminton I helped he grade eights put the nets away.  When we have fitness I don't usually put all my effort into it because I don't like some of the activities we do and I don't like how we have a time limit. The activity that I like that we do for fitness is loco motion but some of the fitness workouts like back crawl and lunges I don't really like because it takes me a while to get to the other side of the gym before the timer goes off.


During this semester I'm going to make goals. I want to try harder in pe and put a lot more effort into it then I usually do and work until I can't anymore. I want to volunteer to help put-away the equipment more and help out the grade eights with the equipment. I want to bring more positive attitude to the class.

During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate 
in a variety of activities?

 I am prepared and willing to participate by bringing my P.E strip and always being ready to start. I am also willing to help others in our class if they need help finding things or they don't know where they're going. I always come into P.E with a great attitude and so energetic because I want to show others that P.E is a great class and that you always have to give it a chance. I put a lot of effort into P.E when we have Fitness and always try my best. 

  On what days have you participated to your best effort and why?  What days have been a struggle for you and why? 
The days I have participated my best effort is probably when we have Fitness because Fitness is that one day that you should do your best and put all your effort in, to show how fit you are and if your getting fitter or not. The days I have struggled are when we play hockey because I am not good at playing hockey and I never have been. 

How do you contribute to the overall success of the class?
 What kind of attitude do you bring and why? 
 How do you interact with other students in our class?
The way I contribute for the overall success of the class is by working hard and by having a good attitude so other people have a good attitude towards P.E and they work hard. I bring a good attitude cause I want to show others that if your in P.E might as well make it fun. The way I interact with the other students in our class is by being respectful and outgoing.


Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself physically?  What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most?  What fitness goals do you have for the rest of the year? 
What does "leadership" mean to you? 
The way I have participated in Fitness Days were when I pushed myself to the best that I could. The Fitness activities that I enjoy the most is probably Beep test because it shows you how fit you are and if you want to be fitter. My fitness goals for the rest of the year are to get into more sports and do more physical things.

 Who are the best leaders in our class - why? What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year?  What are you the most proud of so far?
The best leaders in our class are the people that show energy and courage to our class because it shows off our they act. The improvements I would like to make by the end of the year are to get more fit and to be in more sports. I am proud that I am fit and that I am very healthy. I also want to keep it that way.

Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described? 
For my letter grade, I think I should get an A because I put a lot of effort and I come into P.E with a big smile on my face ready for action.
