For the beep test I did my best and I got 9.7. It's not the greatest but I tried and I put a lot of hard work into it and a lot of effort. I put three photos up on each of the things I did the best on, which were the beep test, the back press and the other photo is 9.2 when I was feeling tired but I pushed myself to keep going. I managed to practice my breathing while running and how to control it. I really need to improve on my breathing when I'm running and to keep going. 

Good work you make P.E with your and Erika's "Bickering" sometimes you try hard in fitness and sometimes you give up, try not to give up so easily.
